Stop typing the same answers into every form
Your tickets, your years, the systems you have worked on — you enter them once. When you apply somewhere through HireWRX, the questions you have already answered are filled in from what you said before. Only your answers, never your application, and only to employers you apply to yourself.

An agent that watches the board for you
Tell it the trade, how far you will travel, what you will not go below and what you do not want to see. It checks every open role against that and shows you the ones worth an evening — with the reasons it matched, and honestly marked where a posting simply does not say.

Anyone can type EPA 608 Universal. Here, a claim carries how well it is known — you said it, there is a document, it matches the document, an employer confirmed it. An employer reading your profile can see which, instead of guessing.

Every application you make through HireWRX has a page that tells you what stage it is at. Not a black hole and not a form letter six weeks later.

It is yours, and you can take it back
Every consent is separate and every one can be withdrawn. You can hide from one named employer without going dark to everybody else — useful when the company you are quietly looking to leave is also hiring.
Your tickets carry how well they are known
On every other site a credential is a line of text. Anyone can type it, nobody checks it, and so an employer discounts all of them equally — which punishes the person whose ticket is real.
Here a claim records where it sits. Climbing a rung is worth something to you, because the employer reading it can see the difference instead of guessing.
We never raise a rung on your behalf and we never guess. An expired ticket says expired.
