What counts as an interview?: A completed AI interview that produces a graded report. Applications, resume screening, scheduling and text messages are all included at no extra cost — you are only charged when a candidate actually sits the interview.
Why not charge per interview?: Because it would make you hesitate before interviewing a marginal candidate — and that is exactly the candidate worth screening when the cost of screening is near zero. Metering the core action works against the reason to buy the product.
What happens if I go over?: Nothing stops, and for almost everyone the question never comes up — the fair-use ceiling is set well past what a normal month of hiring reaches. Past it, interviews are billed at the overage rate, shown on your dashboard before it happens.
Do I have to subscribe?: No. One Role is $149 for one open role — every applicant to it screened, and everyone who fits interviewed — paid once, no renewal, nothing to cancel. A subscription buys you more roles open at the same time, not cheaper interviews.
What happens when the free trial ends?: On day 10 it becomes a single $149 charge for that role — not a subscription. We email you before it happens, and you can turn it off with one click at any point. If you do, your account stays; the open role just closes.
Is there a contract?: No. Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel at any time. The annual discount is for paying twelve months upfront, not for signing a twelve-month commitment.
Is there a setup fee?: No. We configure your account, build your company profile and get your first role posted at no charge. There is no onboarding fee and no minimum term.
Can the AI reject a candidate?: No, and there is no setting that changes it. Scores and reports are advisory. Only a person on your team can decline a candidate, and they have to record a reason.
