How it works
Six stages. You are needed in two of them.
Nothing here is a black box. Every stage produces something you can open, read and overrule before the next one starts.
- 01
You, for about ten minutes
Describe the role out loud
A short structured conversation with whoever actually owns the role. What the job involves day to day, what good looks like at ninety days, what made the last two hires fail. This is the only part that needs you, and it is the part that decides everything downstream.
What you get: A posting, a set of screening questions, and an interview plan — all written from what you said, all editable before anything goes live.
- 02
Automatic
Publish, and share one link
Every posting gets its own application page carrying your logo and your colour. Generate a different link per channel — Indeed, your own site, a yard sign, a text to a former apprentice — and each one is tracked separately.
What you get: You learn which source produced a hire, not which source produced clicks.
- 03
Automatic
Every application is read
Not keyword-matched. Read against the requirements you described, and ranked with a written reason you can disagree with. Nothing is discarded — a low rank is a position in a list, not a rejection.
What you get: An ordered list, each entry showing why it sits where it does.
- 04
Automatic
A few questions by text
Licences, tickets, distance, shift availability, notice period — the handful of facts that decide whether an interview is worth anyone's time. Sent by SMS because the people we are hiring do not sit at a desk, and only to candidates who opted in to texts; anyone who declined is flagged for you to email.
What you get: Knock-out facts confirmed by the candidate, in writing, before the interview.
- 05
Automatic
The first interview happens
A structured interview in your company's voice, at whatever hour suits the candidate, following the plan written in step one. Everyone is asked the same role-specific questions — which is something no human interviewer can honestly promise on their fifth call of the day.
What you get: A full transcript, and competency scores with the quote that earned each one.
- 06
You
Read the report and decide
Strengths, what is worth asking about, what a second interview should cover. Then you advance or decline, and your reason is recorded against the candidate.
What you get: A decision made by a person, with the evidence still attached to it.
The whole thing runs while you sleep.
Stages two through five have no working hours. A technician who finds your posting at eleven at night can be interviewed at eleven at night, and the report is waiting when you open your laptop.
