For candidates
You are being interviewed, not filtered.
If you have landed here from an application, this page explains exactly what happens to what you say — in plain terms, without the marketing.
The short version
An automated interview asks you the same questions it asks everyone else who applied. It writes down what you said and scores it against the requirements of the job, showing its working. Then a human being at the company reads it and makes every decision about you.
The software cannot advance you and it cannot decline you.
Straight answers
The questions people actually ask
- Can the AI reject me?
- No. It has no ability to end an application — there is no score that triggers anything and no threshold that filters you out. It writes a report. Somebody who works at the company reads it and decides, and they have to record why.
- What is it actually judging?
- What you said, against what the job requires. Nothing else. There is no camera, no facial analysis, no scoring of your tone, accent, confidence or enthusiasm, and no assessment of how quickly you answer.
- Will a person see my answers?
- Yes — that is the entire point. Your interview produces a transcript, and every rating in the report shows the sentence of yours it came from. A hiring manager reads both.
- Why am I being interviewed by software at all?
- Because the alternative is usually not being interviewed. Most companies can phone about a dozen people for a role that attracts two hundred applications. Everyone else is judged on a CV. This exists so the first interview is not rationed.
- Can I ask for a human instead?
- Yes. Say so in your application, or reply to any message you get, and a person at the company will contact you. Asking does not count against you, and the company is told you asked, not why.
- What if I need an adjustment?
- Some of it needs no asking at all. The interview is not timed — once you have started, you can take as long as you want on any answer, and there is no clock running against you. You can type your answers or speak them, and switch between the two whenever you like, without telling anyone. If you need something else — a different format, more time before you start, or to speak to a person — reply to any message you have had from us and say so. The company is told you asked, not why, and asking does not count against you.
Something went wrong, or felt wrong?
Contact the company you applied to first — they hold your application and they make the decisions. If the problem is with the software itself, or you want to know what data is held about you, write to us directly and a person will answer.
