Your brand

Someone applying to your company should experience your company.

Upload a logo and set one colour. Every surface a candidate touches — the application page, the text messages, the interview screen, the confirmation email — takes them both.

What candidates see

The same product, twice, and it does not look like the same product.

Where our name appears

Once, at the bottom, small: the mark and the words Powered by HireWRX. That is the whole of it on candidate-facing surfaces.

It stays for a reason that serves the candidate rather than us. Someone being interviewed by software is entitled to know whose software it is, and to be able to find out how it works and what it holds about them. A completely unbranded automated interview is the version people are right to distrust.

Where it does not

  • Not in the posting text, which reads as your company wrote it.
  • Not in the SMS messages, which come from your name.
  • Not in the interview's voice or terminology.
  • Not on the confirmation and scheduling emails, beyond the same footer.
  • Never above or beside your logo. Yours is the mark on the page.

Two fields, and it is done.

A logo and a hex value on the Branding page of your workspace. Everything a candidate sees updates at once, including postings that are already live.
