Terms of Service

HireWRX helps an employer write a job posting, receive applications, conduct a structured first interview, and produce a written report for the hiring team. It is a tool used by the employer. It is not an employment agency, a recruiter, or a party to any hiring decision.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18. You are responsible for everything done under your account and by the users you invite. Tell us promptly at support@hirewrx.com if you believe an account has been compromised.

Each account holder controls which of their staff hold which permissions. Granting someone the ability to decline candidates is your decision and your responsibility.

• Comply with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination, privacy and messaging laws in every jurisdiction you hire in.
• Only add a candidate to HireWRX where you have a lawful basis to do so, and attest to the source when asked.
• Never use the service to text a person who has not given consent through the application page, and never import numbers from another source.
• Provide any notice or disclosure your jurisdiction requires — including, where applicable, bias-audit and candidate-notice requirements for automated employment decision tools.
• Do not use HireWRX to make decisions on protected characteristics, or to attempt to infer them.

Certain jurisdictions regulate automated employment decision tools. New York City, Illinois and Maryland have specific requirements. Meeting them is your responsibility as the employer; we provide the AI Transparency notice and the underlying records to help you do so.

Candidates own what they submit. By applying, a candidate grants the employer and HireWRX a limited licence to store and process it for the purpose of that application. We do not use candidate content to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not sell it.

Messaging through HireWRX is governed by the Text Messaging Terms. Employers using the service must not attempt to send messages outside that program or to recipients who have not consented within it. We may suspend messaging for any account that does.

Subscription fees, included interview volumes and overage rates are shown on our pricing page and in your order. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect for you.

• No unlawful, deceptive or harassing use.
• No attempt to breach security, access another customer's data, or probe the service without written authorisation.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling the service without agreement.
• No uploading of malware, or of content you have no right to share.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may modify or discontinue features; where a change is material and adverse we will give reasonable notice.

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any score, summary or report is accurate, complete, or predictive of job performance — which is precisely why a person must review it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of these terms will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your hiring decisions, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your breach of employment, privacy or messaging law.

You may cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach, unlawful use, or non-payment. On termination we delete or return your data within 90 days, except where law requires us to retain it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Raging Rhino Group is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
