Screening

Read, ranked, and nothing thrown away.

Keyword filters reject people for using the wrong synonym. This reads the application against the role you described, and puts every one of them in order with its reasoning visible.

A rank is a position, not a verdict

Fourth place still gets a first interview. That is the difference between ranking and filtering, and it is the whole reason the ordering is safe to publish: it changes what you read first, not who gets a chance.

Each position carries a written reason in plain language. When the reason is wrong — and it sometimes is, because a CV is a lossy document — you can see that it is wrong, which you cannot do with a match percentage.

Answered by the candidate, in writing, before anyone spends twenty minutes on an interview. A “no” here is still not a rejection — it is a fact on the record for the person who decides.
